We don’t charge a fee to list the properties, however all properties on our website are fully managed by our team on behalf of the owners.

Standard policy applies across all our listed properties keeping in mind the key concerns of the property owner and regulations set forth by DTCM.
All communications, rentals, maintenances, check-in and check-outs are managed by our team so you as an owner can relax and enjoy the results.
Our contracts are usually for 12months for any property post that we proceed with the listing, but we give provision to terminate the agreement with one month notice. Once the notice period is completed, we handover the property and delist it from our portal.
Currently all legal and tax implications are handled at our end, owners enjoy tax free returns as no personal taxes are applicable currently
