Check-in time: Guests should respect the operator’s check-in window. Any check-in before or after the designated window should be intimated in advance. Checkout time: Guests should complete checkout, by the designated checkout time indicated on the reservation, and should not leave belongings at the property for storage or later pickup without prior approval from the Operator. Early check-in/checkout is subject to availability and extra charge shall be applicable which shall be conveyed at the time of request. The Guest must notify the Operator of any major damages found within 24-hours after check-in; Guest is fully responsible for costs to the Property for such major damages that are not reported to Operator on time. | |
Security Deposit | |
A refundable incidental security deposit of 25% of total booking amount with a minimum of AED 1,000.00 will be collected at the time of Check-in which shall be fully refunded at the time of check-out. | |
Child Policy | |
Children of all ages are welcome, however there is no provision for separate bed or cot for infants. It can be arranged upon request at the time of booking and extra charges of AED 125.00 per night shall be applicable. | |
Age Restriction | |
Minimum age for check-in unattended is 18 years and all minors shall be accompanied with an adult. | |
The Community | |
Guests and their visitors must understand and respect that all our Holiday Homes are in residential family-oriented communities and hence Guest and visitor behaviour should be reflective of a family environment. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise. | |

CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund shall be offered to guests if cancellation date is 30 days prior to arrival date less admin fee. Unfortunately, no refund can be offered if cancellation is less than 30 days from arrival date. Date change is possible and is subject to availability along with applicable fare difference provided the request is raised 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of the Guest's failure to show up on the first day of his/her reservation ("no show"), the Guest's reservation will be cancelled in full and booking shall be cancelled without any refund.
